Company: Styleot  ·  Owner / Provider: Mohamed Amine Elabisisi
Business Type: Design, Marketing, Branding & Web Development
Jurisdiction: Morocco  ·  Effective Date: March 22, 2026  ·  Document Version: 1.0

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments are processed and managed for services provided by Styleot. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this document.

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy governs the financial terms applicable to all services provided by Styleot, a digital services agency owned and operated by Mohamed Amine Elabisisi, based in Morocco. This document defines your rights and our obligations regarding payments made in connection with any project or service engagement.

All services offered by Styleot — including graphic design, branding, digital marketing, and web development — are bespoke, time-intensive, and custom-crafted to each individual client's brief. The unique and personalised nature of our work means that once a project is initiated, the resources, time, and creative effort invested cannot be recovered.

This policy has been written to be transparent, fair, and professional. Our goal is not merely to protect the business, but to establish a clear and mutually understood framework that ensures every client engagement proceeds with confidence and clarity.

2. No Refund Policy

Important Notice: All payments made to Styleot are strictly non-refundable. Once payment — whether a deposit or a final balance — has been received and the project has commenced, no refund will be issued under any standard circumstance.

This policy applies without exception to all services and project types, including but not limited to design, branding, marketing, and web development engagements. The rationale for this position is as follows:

  • All services are custom-created and tailored exclusively to each individual client's requirements.
  • Creative and technical work begins immediately upon receipt of the deposit, representing a direct and irreversible investment of time and expertise.
  • Service deliverables — such as designs, brand assets, strategy documents, and code — are not transferable or resalable to other parties.
  • Costs incurred by Styleot in the execution of services, including labour, tools, and third-party resources, cannot be recouped once work has commenced.

Clients are strongly encouraged to review all project briefs, proposals, and agreements carefully before authorising payment. If you have questions or concerns prior to committing to a project, please contact our team — we are always happy to provide clarification before any financial commitment is made.

3. Our Commitment to Client Satisfaction

While we do not offer monetary refunds, Styleot is unconditionally committed to delivering work that meets — and wherever possible, exceeds — your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with a deliverable, we will continue to refine and improve the work until a reasonable and mutually agreed standard of satisfaction is achieved.

Our client satisfaction commitment is grounded in the following principles:

  • Open Communication: We maintain transparent dialogue throughout every project, ensuring clients are aligned with progress before major milestones are reached.
  • Dedicated Revisions: We provide structured revision rounds within the agreed scope, giving clients meaningful opportunities to shape the outcome of their project.
  • Professional Resolution: Should concerns arise, our team will engage constructively to identify and implement the changes necessary to reach a satisfactory outcome.
  • Quality Assurance: All deliverables are reviewed internally before submission to ensure they meet professional standards and the agreed project brief.

Our no-refund position is built upon the strength of this commitment. We stand behind our work and are dedicated to ensuring every client walks away from a Styleot project with something they are proud to use.

4. Deposit Terms

4.1 Non-Refundable Deposit Requirement

A deposit equivalent to 20% of the total agreed project fee is required before any project work commences. This deposit serves as formal confirmation of the client's intent to proceed and reserves Styleot's time, resources, and creative capacity for the project.

  • 20% of total fee — Before work begins — Non-refundable — Confirms engagement & secures project start
  • Remaining 80% — Upon project completion — Non-refundable — Released with final deliverable

4.2 Cancellation After Deposit

In the event that a client chooses to cancel a project after the deposit has been paid and work has commenced, the following terms apply:

  • The 20% deposit is forfeited in its entirety and will not be returned under any circumstances.
  • Any additional work completed beyond the deposit phase will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis and must be settled.
  • Partial deliverables or works-in-progress remain the intellectual property of Styleot until any outstanding balance is paid in full.

5. Revision Conditions

Rather than offering refunds, Styleot provides structured revision opportunities as the primary mechanism for addressing client feedback and ensuring satisfaction. All revision terms are agreed upon before project commencement and documented in the project brief or engagement correspondence.

5.1 Revision Window

Clients are entitled to request revisions within a clearly defined revision period. This timeframe is established before work begins and may vary by project:

  • Minimum 7 days after delivery — Standard or smaller-scope projects
  • Up to 1 month after delivery — Medium-complexity projects (as agreed in writing)
  • Up to 2 months after delivery — Larger or multi-phase engagements (as agreed in writing)

5.2 Scope of Revisions

All revision requests must fall within the original agreed project scope. Revisions are defined as adjustments, refinements, or modifications to the delivered work based on the initial brief. The following distinctions apply:

  • Included: Adjustments to colour, typography, layout, wording, or minor structural changes that fall within the original project scope.
  • Not Included: Entirely new concepts, fundamental direction changes, additional features, or expanded scope — these constitute a new project and will be scoped and priced accordingly.
  • Expired Period: Revision requests submitted after the agreed revision window has closed may be treated as a new service engagement.

6. Project-Based and Custom Nature of Services

Every engagement with Styleot is unique. Each project is scoped, priced, and delivered according to the individual requirements of the client. There is no one-size-fits-all service offering — all agreements are tailored and documented on a per-project basis.

The custom nature of our services is central to understanding why our no-refund policy exists. Unlike off-the-shelf products or template-based solutions, the value we deliver is created specifically and exclusively for each client. This bespoke creative investment begins from the moment the project is confirmed and cannot be reversed.

6.1 Service Timeline and Delivery

Each project has a defined delivery timeline agreed upon before commencement. Timelines account for the complexity of the brief, the number of revision rounds, and the availability of required client materials. Delays caused by late submission of client content, approvals, or feedback may result in timeline extensions and will not qualify as grounds for a refund request.

6.2 Agreement Documentation

All project terms — including scope, pricing, timelines, revision periods, and support windows — are communicated and confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of any work. Clients are encouraged to retain this correspondence for their records. Any amendments to agreed terms must be agreed in writing by both parties.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Styleot recognises that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. While our no-refund policy is firm and applies in all standard situations, we are committed to acting in good faith should exceptional circumstances occur.

7.1 Failure to Deliver

In the highly unlikely event that Styleot is entirely unable to commence or deliver a service due to circumstances directly attributable to Styleot — and where no work has been initiated — the situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. In such circumstances, Styleot may offer one or more of the following resolutions:

  • A full or partial credit to be applied toward a future project of equal or greater value
  • An extended project timeline or rescheduled delivery at no additional cost
  • A negotiated resolution agreed upon in writing between both parties

Such resolutions are provided at Styleot's sole discretion and do not constitute an admission of liability. This exception clause does not apply to delays or non-delivery caused by the client's failure to provide required materials, approvals, or communications.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from a service engagement, both parties agree to pursue resolution through direct and professional communication in the first instance. Clients are encouraged to contact Styleot at the earliest opportunity to raise concerns, as prompt communication significantly improves the likelihood of a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.

8. Contact Information

For any questions, concerns, or disputes related to payments, refunds, or project terms, please do not hesitate to contact the Styleot team through any of the following official channels. We are committed to responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries.

We value every client relationship and are committed to delivering exceptional work with complete transparency. Thank you for choosing Styleot.
