These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and Styleot, owned and operated by Mohamed Amine Elabisisi, headquartered in Morocco ("Styleot", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Styleot website at styleot.com and all services offered therein.

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services.

Styleot is a professional digital services agency offering a comprehensive range of creative and technical solutions tailored to businesses, entrepreneurs, and organisations. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Styleot provides services exclusively on a project-by-project basis. The website does not offer automated service subscriptions and does not require the creation of a user account. All engagements are established through direct communication with our team.

All service fees are determined on a per-project basis, taking into account the scope, complexity, timeline, and specific requirements of each engagement. Pricing is communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any work.

All projects follow a structured two-stage payment model:

For services involving third-party tools, software licences, hosting platforms, or domain registrations, the total cost — including any such expenses — will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Styleot will not incur such costs on behalf of the client without prior written approval.

Each project formally begins only upon receipt and confirmation of the initial 20% deposit. The commencement date, expected timeline, and key milestones will be outlined in the project brief or engagement correspondence shared between both parties.

Delivery timelines are estimated based on project scope and are communicated at the outset of each engagement. Timelines are subject to the timely provision of required materials, content, and approvals by the client.

Styleot will provide the client with progress updates at agreed intervals throughout the project lifecycle. Major milestones will be shared for review and approval before proceeding to subsequent stages.

Clients are entitled to request revisions within a defined revision period agreed upon prior to project commencement. The revision window is documented in the project scope and may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the service.

Revision requests submitted after the agreed revision period has elapsed may be treated as a new project scope and subject to additional fees. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original agreed scope and do not include entirely new concepts or fundamental changes in direction.

Following the delivery of a completed project, Styleot provides post-delivery support for a period agreed upon before project commencement. This support covers technical assistance, minor corrections, and clarification on delivered work.

A successful project outcome depends on active and timely participation from the client. By engaging Styleot's services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide all necessary information, materials, content, and assets required for the project in a timely manner.
• Review and respond to submissions, proofs, or update requests within the timeframes communicated by Styleot.
• Ensure that all content, images, text, or assets provided are lawfully owned or licensed for commercial use.
• Communicate any changes to project scope, requirements, or priorities promptly and in writing.
• Designate a single point of contact or authorised representative for project communications to avoid conflicting instructions.
• Settle all outstanding payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
• Notify Styleot of any issues, concerns, or dissatisfaction in a timely and professional manner.

Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, the client is granted full ownership rights over the final, delivered work product specifically created for that project. This includes final design files, brand assets, and website code as explicitly agreed in the project scope. Ownership transfer is conditional upon complete payment.

Notwithstanding the above, Styleot retains the following rights unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All content published on the Styleot website — including blog articles, written copy, branding materials, logos, and visual designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Styleot and Mohamed Amine Elabisisi. Reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of any such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

By accessing or using the Styleot website and services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our services to create, distribute, or promote unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
• Reproducing, reselling, or commercially exploiting any part of our website content without express written permission.
• Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information in connection with any service enquiry or project.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, impairs, or negatively impacts our website or services.
• Using our services for the purposes of spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited commercial communication.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of any third party through the use of our services.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary methodologies, processes, or systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Styleot and its owner, Mohamed Amine Elabisisi, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or this website.

This limitation applies to damages arising from:

• Loss of revenue, profit, business opportunities, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data, goodwill, or reputation
• Business interruption or project delays attributable to client-side factors
• Errors or inaccuracies in content provided by the client
• Reliance on third-party platforms, tools, or services used in connection with the project
• Force majeure events or circumstances beyond Styleot's reasonable control

Styleot reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse services to any client at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The client has breached any provision of these Terms
• Payment obligations have not been met within agreed timeframes
• The requested work conflicts with ethical, legal, or professional standards
• The client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward our team

A client may request cancellation of a project at any time by providing written notice to Styleot. In the event of client-initiated cancellation:

• The initial 20% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Any additional work completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced pro-rata and must be settled.
• Partial deliverables completed up to the point of cancellation remain the property of Styleot until full payment for work completed is received.

The delivery of Styleot's services may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools, and service providers. These may include, but are not limited to:

Styleot reserves the right to review, update, and modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. For significant changes, we may notify active clients via email. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
